This panel is responsible for reviewing those requests and making recommendations for funding to the Board of Directors. The criteria utilized for selecting programs for funding needs for the next year is based on:
A. the agency’s mission (integrity, accountability, purpose)
B. the service demand and assistance provided by the agency
C. the service impact on the local community, and
D. the outcome of that service
