Panthers this year,and all but two are returning players, including four sophomores who played freshmen football last year and have made the jump to the varsity team. While it is still early, Pullin has already started to notice some standout players. Bobby Czekajis a new addition to the varsity team, and Coach Pullin hopes he’ll add an element of speed to the team's running game.

“We haven't had that speed,” explained Pullin. The coach is also impressed with senior Corey Voorhies, who played left tackle last year but is expected to start at both middle linebacker and fullback in the 2005 Season.

“He's the standout on both sides,” Pullin revealed.

With the improved schedule, and a team composed almost completely of veterans, Pullin believes the team can make a positive showing in 2005.

“As long as we’re in the game, anything can happen. You just want to be in the game in the 4th quarter,” explained Pullin.
