Relations and
Terrorism
This fall, beginning Aug. 22, 2005, Lord Fairfax Community College (LFCC) is offering a course that focuses on international relations and terrorism.
Offered at LFCC’s Fauquier Campus, PLS 241: International Relations I / Terrorism Today will meet every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 10 a.m. or every Wednesday evening from 7 to 10 p.m. The course will look at the phenomenon of terrorism in this century, focusing on current events tom from the •news headlines in the United States and England. The course will also discuss the geographic, demographic, eco•nomic, ideological and other ‘factors conditioning the policies of countries and the conflicts that arise as they make adjustments.
