Two generations later The tradition still rides on, two generations later, with Katie Bailey riding Shenanigan, owned by W. L. “Red” Payne. Katie Bailey is the daughter of Mark and Molly Bailey of Washington. Katie's great aunt, Mary Wood, was featured in the “Down Memory Lane” section featured in the July 14 issue photographed with her horse in 1965.
