the original tract of land when they changed the roadbed of Route 729, maybe they could be persuaded to buy it and put a substation there. They do not have one on Route 729. They could build a highway shop, salt storage building. They could put a fence around the perimeter and store their snow plows and salt spreaders within. They could put up a couple of security lights to protect their investment from thieves.
With the high cost of gas and it is increasing in price each day, this would be an ideal alternative since the BZA does not wish to grant a variance for a house.
