This is a computer chip attached to an ankle bracelet that times and keeps track of racers oh the course, which MowattLarssen had to hand off to Mindy Alexander before she could begin the second leg of the triathlon. Alexander, a graduate of the College of William and Mary, is a 40year -old mother and avid bike rider who frequently tandem bikes around Rappahannock County with her nine-year-old daughter Grace.
