“Young people interested in farming aren’t aware that there is land that they can farm if they set up the right situation,” said Plaksin. “My wish is that the county could be a place for young farmers to come and farm. We need to first develop a database of people who have land. Farmers are the missing element in this county which has good farm land,” added Plaksin.
