Seeks two managers to establish positive working relationships with all parties involved with a project such as Homeowners' Associations, lending institutions, nonprofit and community organizations as well as the general public, manages the application process, works as liaison between homeowner and contractor, maintains working knowledge of housing rehabilitation industry practices, maintains federally required documentation on housing rehabilitation projects, prepares and reviews bid proposals, conducts pre-bid conference/walkthroughs with prospective contractors, develops and maintains legal and financial loan documents, reviews and approves contractor payments, conducts initial inspection and periodic inspections to determine scope of work and confirm that work is in compliance with plan.
