These newly created positions will provide outreach to and liaison with specific populations within the commonwealth. The team members will solicit, establish and maintain partnerships w ith key groups and organizations that will enable VHDA to provide homeownership and rental opportunities to low- and moderateincome households and support local community housing and rev itali/ation strategies.
