Funeral services were held on Monday, Aug. 29 at the chapel of Warrenton Presbyterian Church by Rev. Carl Schmahl, Rev. Carrie Evans and Rev. J. Richard Winter. Interment followed at Warrenton Cemetery.

She was a member of Amissville Baptist Church.
Mrs. Grigsby was preceded in death by her parents Walter and Alice Burke, husbands Elijah Settle and William Dudley Grigsby and daughter Dorothy M. Becker.
She is survived by her sons Richard Settle of Flint Hill, Bobby Settle and Alvin Settle of Castleton, daughters, Mary Magee of Amissville, and Margaret Meyer of Castleton.
