September 1:
Furry Thursdays
Furry Thursdays, the summer long concert series at the Bleu Rock Inn is in full swing. This weekly event is a benefit for RAWL, the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League. Come out and enjoy five music, delicious food and tasty beverages. It happens every Thursday from 6 p.m to 10 p.m., rain or shine. Admission is free for all ages. Donations to RAWL are greatly appreciated.
Anna Wolfe is coming back to Rappahannock to perform at the Bleu Rock Inn. She will be here in support of her new album "My Treasure" as well as helping to raise money for RAWL and the Rappahannock Animal Welfare League. Anna is an amazing artist and a truly inspirational performer. Many people she has worked with agree. "Anna Wolfe is a gifted poet and singer whose work has tremendous courage and insight. Her songs are completely fresh and unique. She is without a doubt one of the most original artists I have met in many years," says Wendy Waldman who produced "My Treasure."
Anna will be playing Thursday, September 1st, 810pm. Join us at the Bleu Rock for this special evening. Brooksie Wells will be playing the early show from 6-8pm.
For more information please contact Jim McCullough at 9873190. The Bleu Rock Inn is located at 12567 Lee Hwy. in Washington, VA (across from the Rappahannock High School).
