Many thought that a large-scale sub-division and commercial development would be the last thing that would come to Boston. They were wrong. Similarly, many in Rappahannock County feel that they are safe and secure from the explosive growth that has occurred in the neighboring counties. But when big developers with big money see rolling countryside, they do not see cattle and horses covering those hills.
