Planning for Hume Day has been in the works for over a year and as the day approaches the number of activities planned are shaping up to be quite a few. Hume Day promises to be a great day for the entire family; all of the following are scheduled: Basket Ball Tbss, Sack Races, Tug of War, Petting Zoo, Face Painting, Draft Horse Logging Demonstration, Pony Rides, Moon Bounce. Jane Casper and Dave Milefsky will stroll the park throughout the day playing old time Appalachian Music. A whole pig will be roasted and beginning at 11:00 a.m. complete lunches will be sold at $7.00 a plate for adults and $3.00 for children under 12.
