The Fauquier County Civil War Roundtable’s monthly dinner meeting will be held Wednesday, September 14, 2005,at the Fauquier Springs Country Club. Everyone, members and non-members are invited and welcome.

Mr. Edward Bonekemper will speak on “How Robert E. Lee Lost the Civil War.”

Mr. Bonekemper lives in Fairfax Station, Va. He graduated from Yale Law School in 1967 and has been a U.S. government attorney for over 34 years; received a BA cum laude in American history from Muhlenberg College in 1964; and a MA in history from Old Dominion University in 1971. He has published several books
