This is a very beautiful and challenging adventure, and is open to anyone who is in reasonably goiJa shape. Interested participants should have layered clothing, a back up flashlight or headlamp, and possibly some sort of in-step cleats or crampons, as conditions could be icy in sections of the mountain. Water and trail type snack food is $Jso recommended. The hike will start from the upper parking lot of Old Rag on the Nethers side at 5:30 p.m. If the weather is very cloudy or at all questionable, there will be another attempt the next nighty Sunday, January 15th. .V
