Twila Kerns would recommend the Starfish program to other parents. “My advice is, if they can find a positive mentor it would be great, it does help a lot. It gives the kids a chance to be around other people that can give them advice besides yourself.” Markeith agrees. “It’s really fun and they should get one,” he counsels.
