The Loudoun County Treasurer's Office is seeking a full time Collection Program Assistant for the Sterling Office. This position involves direct contact with taxpayers regarding collection of delinquent tax accounts and other outstanding balances due to the County. Duties include performing all collection activities on past due accounts, skip-tracing, conducting telephone inquiries, placing hens and other collection measures, as well as data entry and administrative functions. This position requires the exercise of confidentiality of all systems and data. Excellent communication skills and a working knowledge of MS Office and Mainframe computer systems are required. Experience with an automated collection system is preferred. Requires a combination of education and experience equivalent to a High School Diploma and two years of directly related experience.
