bill. Oh, mercy. I guess I better get out there and see if I can find some more standing dead locust for firewood. And, to top that off, the gas went up about 20 cents a gallon for no good reason that I know of.
And then, last night, I went to the basement for something and it looked like water had backed up out of the floor drain. What do you suppose would cause such a thing?
I tell you, if it ain’t one thing, it’s two, and I don’t like either. I wonder if I could find a friend to lend me his car to drive to Florida and wait this winter out. I think I will make a few calls.
