ENGINEER - PROJECT MANAGER
Position with Loudoun County's Engineering Division of Building & Development. Responsibilities include the review of land development plans and oversight of projects during construction. Evaluates site conditions, environmental features, Zoning Ordinance conformance, and bond estimates. Reviews the designs for roads (VDOT regulations), storm sewers, SWM/BMP ponds, erosion and sediment controls, easements, landscaping, parking lots, and utilities. Applicant must possess excellent oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills. Requires proficient computer skills. Requires a combination of education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree in civil engineering or related field and two years related experience.
