Position available with the Youth Middle School program. Maintains student records in accordance with program policies and ensures registration information is complete and site rosters are up to date. Assists with the assessment, development, and implementation of middle school programs. Maintains open communication with children, parents, and other staff. Substitutes for program staff as needed and provides supervision of program participants. Requires 12 hours of training annually in school age programming. Requires a High School diploma. Virginia State Licensing requires additional experience supervising children during recreational or educational activities. Valid driver's license required. Certification in First Aid, CPR for adult, infant, and child, and TB test required prior to beginning work. DMV, CPS and Police Background checks are required for the successful candidate.
