Social Worker to provide Family Group Conferencing services to families with children in Foster Care to empower families to make safe and effective plans. Coordinates all aspects of group conferencing to include contacting family members and other stakeholders, planning & coordinating conferences, program evaluation, pre-conference interviews and facilitating the development of a viable plan. Works closely with foster care social workers and under the supervision of the Foster Care/Adoption Division Manager. Requires evening work. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Social Work or related field and 3 years experience in a public agency, preferably, in Foster Care or Child Protective Services. MSW or related Masters preferred.
