January 22. Joshua D. Everson of Martinsburg, W est Virginia turned himself into Lt. Roger Jenkins of the RCSD on January 22, facing charges of using profane and threatening language over the phone. Everson, 19, was arrested based on the complaint’s of his girlfriend’s grandmother, who lives in Washington.
January 21. Susan Eaton, 59, of Thornton Gap was arrested for filing false police reports. The false charges, filed December 2005, were for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle against her son, William Cameron. In the course of investigating the charges against Cameron, the Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Department determined that they were false, and arrested Eaton, who was also charged with DWI earlier this month.
