Club Bland Music Contest
Rappahannock Lions Club will conduct its Annual Bland Music Contest at The Theatre in Washington on February 12 at 2 p.m. All voice and instrumental musicians in grades K through 12, residing and/or enrolled in public and private schools and home schooled in Rappahannock County, are eligible to enter the contest and compete for cash prizes at the Club level. Winners will go on to compete for awards and scholarships at District, Regional and State levels. Contestants can obtain applications from their school’s music teacher or call Bob Lander (987-8504) or Larry Grove (987-8612). Application Dead Line is February 1. February 16: Free food distribution
