Position in the Office of Transportation Services, job duties include participation in development and management of traffic control device projects. Stormwater

Maintenance Engineer

Candidate will develop plans and programs; execute projects to support the stormwater maintenance program; execute plans and programs to ensure that maintenance of stormwater facilities meet requirements for minimizing discharge of pollutants; ensure access easements are in place before executing stormwater repair and maintenance projects; manage the planning, programming, design, and acquisition of stormwater management facilities and other public works type projects; manage construction, and post construction activities. Education and experience equivalent to a Bachelor's degree in engineering, environmental sciences, or related field with at least three years of directly-related experience in a Public Works organization. Prefer two years administrative management experience. Professional Engineering Registration is desirable. Valid driver's license and required to attend occasional evening meetings; must be available to respond to County emergencies.
