John fell to a first period pin by Johathan Jones.

Conner Miller claimed his third State title by winning his 90 lb division after finishing third last year.

Conner faced off with 42 wrestlers from around the state. After receiving a bye in the first round as the number 1 seed, Conner won his first two matches by pins in 49 seconds and 15 seconds respectively.

He then faced with Tanner Tinsley in the Quarter Finals. Conner won a tough fought match by a score of 40. In his Semi-final match Conner pinned the #5 seed Matt Greene in 1 minute 54 seconds, sending him into the finals. Matt Bowman the #3 seed led by two points in the final period.

Conner got an escape to reduce the lead to one point and then scored a takedown with, 20 seconds remaining. Conner rode out the remaining time to claim the State title.

Wrestling is one of the oldest and toughest sports known to man.
