Dancing with color
Well-known local artist, Sara Schneidman, who lives in Rappahannock and has a studio gallery in Culpeper, gave a slide show-lecture on Saturday evening sponsored by Ki Theatre. Schneidman’s talk to an over-flow crowd covered her bold use of color, pattern and symbolism that has become her trademark. Her art (including her colorful prints and cards) is now published throughout the world and is sold in more than 1,000 stores and museum shops and galleries. The presentation was Ki Theatre's first “Soup and Sour for the winter and was held at the home of Bev Jones and Andrew Alexander.
