According to Harvey, the proposed house is Mariea’s residence for as long as she wants to live there under the terms of the purchase contact between them. However, Harvey owns the building and, as he told the commission, would turn it into additional lodging if Mariea vacates it, which would require yet another special exception permit from the BOS.
