Tupper and Heflin shared pitching duties against Culpeper, allowing five hits and throwing six strikeouts. Hie Panthers scored their only run of the game in the first inning on an RBI double by Katie Burke that scored Tupper.
Rappahannock led the game until the fifth inning, when the Devilettes scored both of their runs.

Fauquier 4
Rappahannock came out on top in this 11-inning battle: The Panthers led 1-0 until the bottom of the seventh inning, when Fauquier tied it up.
Both teams went scoreless in the first two extra innings, and then Rappahannock broke the stalemate with a run in the 10th inning, only to have Fauquier answer with a run of their own.
Rappahannock piled up three runs in the 11th inning and held strong for a 5-4 victory.
