The final item on the agenda was from builder Peter Kreyling, who wants to move his Kreyling Construction office and workshop to part of the former Oasis CD Manufacturing site, next to the Farmers Coop on the north side of U.S. 211. The property is owned by Greg Yates, and Kreyling will be leasing a 6,400-square-foot portion of the space from him.
The property was zoned to general commercial in 1993, when Faith Mountain Inc. occupied the site, on the condition that the land be restricted to retail use or office space. Kreyling wants to amend that proffer to allow him to operate a contractor’s office with interior storage there.
