Frazier is a graduate of the National Art School in Washington, D.C., and has had a successful career as art director for several organizations moving on to develop governmental graphic presentations for several U.S. presidents, Congress, NATO, the Joint Chiefs of Staff and others.
Since 2003, he has pursued his passion of working with oils and exploring the power and energy of abstract expression. This exhibition illustrates his “New Direction” toward which he has been gravitating.
