The Rappahannock County Planning Commission unanimously recommended three applications for approval at its monthly meeting on March 21.

Elizabeth Lee’s.application for a special-exception permit to convert a shed to an efficiency apartment was held over from the February meeting.

The commission requested last month that Lee provide a detailed parking plan for at least eight cars on her property, which is located on Main Street in Sperryville and includes another building that houses commercial and residential space. On March 21, Lee showed a site plan that can accommodate up to nine parked cars.
