Rappahannock News Staff Writer
Deputy Daniel Stevens, a new- member of the Rappahannock County Sheriff’s Office, received the Top Skills Award as he graduated from the Rappahannock Regional Criminal Justice Academy. The award is given to a trainee who demonstrates the best firearms and defensive tactics. Stevens was also a runner up in the academic category and a runner up for the over all award.
