Carl Wiliams, 46, from Amissville was arrested for assault after RCSO deputies responded to a call from a trailer park in the area on March 26. According to the sheriff’s report, Wiliams had been drinking and struck his wife as she was attempting to move her things out of the house. This was Wiliam’s third offense which made it a Class 6 felony.
