that someone had knocked out the window in his - Chevrolet pickup and stolen his chainsaw. According to the RCSO, the chainsaw that was stolen is a Stihl 017. Further investigation revealed that the man’s neighbor also on Orchard lane was also missing a Stihl chainsaw. The case is under investigation and the chainsaw serial numbers have been entered into a stolen items database.
Not safe
A man from Woodward Road called the RCSO to report that he came upon a safe while walking his dogs March 24. The safe was 18x18x24 and had the door tom off.
Mailbox massacre
A total of 12 mailboxes were vandalized on or near Flint Hill on March 23. The mail boxes were located on Bear Wallow, Ben Venue, and Dearing roads. The case is under investigation.
