Medicine has been on Rebecca nipper’s mind fin* as long as she can remember. Since she was 10 years old, she’s thought of doctors and nurses as difference makers. So, next fall the Rappahannock County High School senior will enlist in James Madison University’s school of nursing so she too i*«n make a difference.
While she may still be tiying to make an impact in medicine, she’s already made a huge splash athletically.
“Rebecca has always been an impact player,” RCHS softball coach Richie Burke said. “She’s a four-year starter on varsity, and has always been one of our best players.”
Ip 2007, Tupper was captain and leader of the only two RCHS girls teams to win championships. And whoa her team needed her the most, she came through in the clutch.
