Last Sunday afternoon the home of Mr. and Mrs. Jeffrey Peyton and Kamiy on Clover Spring Drive was the setting for a party honoring Mr. and Mrs. Jim Peyton, both of whom celebrated their birthdays in May and their wedding anniversary was also in May.
In addition to their children, Carolyn Jeffeiy and Kindal and their families, a host of other relatives, church family and friends gathered for the occasion. A bountiful lunch was served, along with a beautiful cake from Cocos. Everyone present enjoyed the occasion, extending the couple great wishes for many more such days.
Sympathy goes out to Mrs. Lois Gore of Reva Way and family upon the passing of her only sister, Hazel T. Woodward, which occurred at Countryside Assisted Living in Pratts on Friday, with burial following Tuesday in Fairview Cemetery.
