Congratulations to one of our young people, Mrs. Faye B. Coats of Reva Way who graduated from Bluefield College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Behavioral Science, at the annual commencement exercises held May 12. The Alfred and Shirley Wampler Candill Leadership Award was also awarded to her as the Student of the Year.
Quite a number of our area folks attended the Festival of Music held at Graves Mountain Lodge during the weekend.
