Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, win hold a public hearing on Monday. July 2, 2007 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SE 07-05-01 Gregory T. Williams, dbe Williams Tree Service LLC,_ Special Exception permit to operate a contractor s office/stiop/ yard on his property located at 309 Ban Venue Road, Flint Hill. The property is known as Tax Map 22, Parcel 6, in Wakefield District, and is zoned A -Agricultural. Mr. Williams has proffered restrictions to Ms application. Use allowed pursuwt to Coda Section 170-38E of the Rappahannock County Coda.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Fnday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Sad application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at their regular meeting on Wednesday, June 20,2007 at 7:30PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
