Wesley Mills would like to take banjo lessons and sing in a barbershop quartet, but he knows he can't. He has committed himself to his seat on the count v school board.
As a board member he makes decisions that direct ly impact the county’s children. He wants the best for them, but especially for one child in particular: hi' youngest son, John, who attends Rappahannock County High School.
