Fire prevention week
Russ Collins from the Washington Volunteer Fire Department gave kindergartners a view of the inside of an ambulance and what rescue workers do in case of an emergency. Kindergartners from Mrs. Barron’s class at Rappahannock County Elementary School enjoyed putting on helmets and donning heavy jackets as they learned fire safety tips.
