MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

Conduct inspections on buildings automatic temperature control system, facilities, grounds, vehicles, fitness equipment, pump room, and HVAC systems, perform maintenance as needed. Work with aquatics staff to ensure cleaning and sanitation service of all aquatics operations. Operate machinery, equipment, vehicles, tools as needed. Conduct facility safety checks, inspections. Prepare recreation space for activities including set up and break down of equipment. All custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and appearance of facility. Provide courteous, professional customer service. Service demands require flexible work schedule to include weekday, evening, and weekend hours. High school diploma and 2 years related work experience in indoor and grounds maintenance required. Strong customer service skills are a must. Previous experience with electrical, pool, and/or HVAC systems is highly preferred. Valid drivers license. CPR and first aid certifications within 4 months of hire.
