I have been wondering if the authorities are going to make any changes in the black powder season and the regular hunting season because of the dry conditions. I haven’t heard anything (me way or the other. That is a two edged sword. The deer herd is starting to suffer from over population and really needs to be thinned out, but nobody wants to see habitat destroyed because of a fire.
Maybe I can forget about some of these problems at the beach. My friend, Bubby Settle, tells me I should be aide to catch a striper in the surf at Nags Head. I didn’t catch it all, but he said something about even a blind hog being able to find an acom once in awhile. I hope he’s right m let you know.
