for annual, perpetual increased school spending, there is no counterbalancing advocacy in behalf of the taxpayer. I urge the Board of Supervisors to consider an independent review by which future proposed school budgets might be audited, if you will, to formally challenge efficiencies and spending priorities such as those set forth above.

Calls, for responsible and efficient spending, like those of Messrs. Cordani and Frazier, are neither ‘‘greedy'’ nor at the “expense of our students” - they are right on target!
