By Kevin Allen Rappahannock News Staff Writer In July Vinnie Deluise and Heidi Morf closed their acclaimed restaurant Four and Twenty Blackbirds with plans to reopen the colorful Flint Hill building as a different type of business. 'Now, the couple is getting closer to doing just that. Deluise and Morf are preparing to open a gift shop called 24 Crows in the former restaurant space at the corner of Zachary Taylor Highway and Crest Hill Road. The gift shop will open before Valentine’s Day; Deluise said. But for now, renovations are still ongoing. Fans of the restaurant can expect to see a different appearance inside the building, he said.
