Pursuant to Section 170-129 of the Rappahannock County Code and Section 15.2-2204 of the 1950 Code of Virginia, as amended, notice is hereby given that the Board of Supervisors for Rappahannock County, Virginia, will hold a public hearing on Monday; January 7, 2008 at 7:00PM in the Courthouse in Washington, Virginia, in order to consider the following application:
SE 07-11-02 John Hallberg, d/b/a Smokehouse Winery, Exception permit to conduct carnivals, field parties, fairs, shows, or music festivals on the property located at 10 Aahby Road, Spenyville (14.227 acres, lax Map 37, Parcel 51, zoned A-Agricultursl ana C-Conservedon, Piedmont District). The applicant has proposed several restrictions and/or conations. The property is owned by Ernest V., Jr. and Frances E. Hallberg. Use allowed pursuant to Code Section 170-36H of the Rappahannock County Code with addWonai standards under Coos Section 170-69E.
A copy of the foregoing application is on file at the Zoning Office in Washington, Virginia, and is available for public inspection, Monday through Fnday, 8:30AM to 4:30PM. Said application will be presented to the Rappahannock County Planning Commission at tneir regular meeting on Wednesday, December 19, 2007 at 7:30PM at the Rappahannock County Courthouse for such recommendation as the Commission may wish to make pursuant to Section 170-55, if any.
