RESIDENTIAL AIDE W4 Full-tune non-exempt position under the supervision of the Apartment Laving 'Senior'' Residential Counselor Provides personal and environmental care tasks such as housekeeping health care, transportation, home management, nutrition and shopping to elderly and handicapped clients, plans and provides a variety of leisure and recreational activities. Maintains a clean, comfortable and sale environment. Performs tasks from client-specific service plan. Completes required reports regarding tasks perfumed for diems. Motivates client toward self-sufficiency and esteem while respecting privacy and dignity of client and exercising considerable tact and independent judgment in doling with diem and diem's family. Attends CSP and ISP meetings: keeps supervisors informed of client progress. Performs related tasks as required. General knowledge of basic personal health care and home management methods: ability to read and carry out detailed instructions, ability to wok wrth mentally leaded, elderly and other special population clients, ability to wotk with people from ail socio-economic levels, ability to cany out health auk work in the home of a diem and perturm homemaker duties, ability to practice sound hygiene and samtanoo techniques, ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with diems and associates.
