Rappahannock News Staff Writer
Smokehouse Winery operator John Hallberg has withdrawn his application for a special-exception permit to host musical events.
Hallberg said Friday that he and his neighbors have reached an agreement that will still allow events to happen at the 14-acre property, but on a smaller scale than what he was applying for.
“It was in the spirit of neighborly and hollow communication,” Hallberg told the Rappahannock News. “We decided to come to an accord.”
