This year for the first time the Rural Electrification Project was held as a county. The winners received a trip to Richmond and the following received medals: Betty Rutherford, Betty Johnson, Jacob Sisk and Jimmy Sealock.
Those attending short course with Miss Fuss were Newbill Miller, Kelly Updike, Lelia Gentry and Bernice Nethers. Newbill Miller was made an All Star.
A livestock contest was held at Dolmont Farm for 4-H members. Other activities are described in separate reports.
