Price Jr at The Maples.’* Miss Louise filler of Charlottesville, Mr. and Mrs. John Wood and son, Jetmer of Cleveland, arrived on Monday for a visit with their parents, Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Miller • Jr. of Millermead. Miss Miller returned on Sunday afternoon, also Mr. Wood, who wHl be out on a business trip for several weeks. Mrs. Wood and Jenner will remain at Millermead uptil Mr. Wood returns from his trip. Mr. and Mrs. D. D. Miller and T. C. Lea were dinner guests of R. L. Brown at Southern Inn Sunday enroute from Fredericksburg. Mrs. W. C. Warwick, Mrs. J. E. Keyser, Mrs. Charles Bruce, Mrs. J. W. Price and Mrs. D. D. Miller attended the bridge party on Friday J evening given by Mrs. R. E. Wood at “Erin.” Mrs. J. W. Critzer, Mrs. Wallace Crkzer, Mrs. L. J. Turner and Mrs. George H. Davis Jr were in Washington, D C. on Friday attending the Flower Show. Mrs. Clarence Gough carried her daughter, Caroletta, Becky Jones, Frances Walker and Evelyn Miller to Warrenton on Saturday for their art class. - ,., ' 5 ^ Dr. and Mrs. L. T. Callahan and family, Carl, L. T. Jr., and William of Washington, D. C. were the, weekend guests of Mrs, Callahan’s parents, Mr. and Mrs. W. C. Hall of Rose Hill. Sunday afternoon Mrs. Hall and Grandson, Phillip Kuhn returned with the Callahans. While there Mrs. Hall will attend the National Flower Show.

Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Moffett Jr. entertained Judge and Mrs. R. V. Snead for Saturday evening dinner. Mr. and Mrs. Hampson Keyser of Arlington were the week-end guests of Mr. and Mrs. J. Ey Keyser.

Mrs. Harold Brown Estes, Miss Virginia Mae Atkins, Betty Jane and Buddy Settle were guests of Harold Brown Estes on Sunday. Mr- Estes is a patient in the Martinsburg Hospital. * *

B. R. Cox, who has been spending his vacation at his home with Mrs. Cox, returned on Monday to Pittsburgh, Pa.
