Pursuant to Section 309 of the Tax Code of Virginia, the Commissioner of the Revenue will be at the following named places on the dates specified, to receive returns of tangible and intangible personal property and individual incomes and to transact any other business connected with the duties of the Commissioner of Revenue. The law requires that a penalty of 10%, with a minimum of $2.00, be imposed on any return not filed by May 1st.
